How Ask Once Works

By using Ask Once ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ask Once is a multi-AI decision engine that routes your questions to multiple AI models, synthesizes their responses, and verifies key claims. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

Responses are AI-generated and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. The Service may produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

The Service, including its algorithms, methods, prompts, scoring systems, verification pipelines, and user interface, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. Patent applications are pending on core methods. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the algorithms, prompts, or methods used by the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service's proprietary methods
• Use automated tools to scrape, probe, or analyze the Service's internal behavior
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

You retain ownership of questions you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through AI models for the purpose of generating responses. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You agree not to use the Service to: generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; attempt to overwhelm or abuse the system; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Access is provided via invite codes at the sole discretion of the operator. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

You may delete your data at any time via Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
